Being a teacher is definitely a challenge but it’s also a rewarding career, especially when you see changes in your students.
To succeed as a teacher we have to have some important characteristics such as read recent educational documents to be activity involved in constructing knowledge. Another characteristic is to know our students backgrounds, their cultures remember each school, person, and community have a completely different culture and we have to investigate a little bit about it. We have to be effective teachers, to respect other’s perspectives, to valuate democracy and to encourage socially responsible actions in our students.
